Super cute and great quality

I absolutely love it! Got a custom message on the belly (actually from the example in one of the pictures) and the bum. The service was excellent - Patricia turned around multiple design options and modifications quickly and helped me pick the perfect colours. The process and shipping was quick. The stuffy is great quality and I love that it has a zipper to remove the stuffing in order to wash it. Generous size and very reasonably priced. I'm sure this will bring my daughter joy for years to come!

Disappointing customer service

Disappointing customer service. I ordered this embroidered lion togetjer with the penguin blanket one together and had specifically requested for them to be sent together, with a card/note with a short message of welcoming a new baby and who the presents were from. I also indicated that I need pictures of the gift before it was shipped as I was sending on behalf of a group. To confirm the above took days as Brodali took 1-5 days to reply to each message. Regardless they reassured me a couple of times that these would take place.

However the gift was sent a week after the time indicated, with no card or note, and no pictures sent to me. The person who received it had no idea where the gift came from and I had no pictures to send to the folks that I bought this gift on behalf of.

So next time, I'll go to another local Canadian business.

I am so sorry about the whole situation. If you will contact us in private, we would like to offer your the next order on us to make up for it.
Our staff has since been briefed more in depth for all notes left in orders and to ensure different orders for the same person do leave together.
Once again, I'm sorry you didn't experience our best service and hope to be able to make up for it soon.

Impressed!

My first order with Brodali was an amazing experience! The day after placing my order, I received the sample prints for review. I had asked to see one of the prints in 2 other colour options, to which I received another rapid, and friendly, response providing me both options for review. After confirming my prints, I received the shipment within 2 days!!!

To top it off, the 2 stuffed animals (Lethbridge Lion and Hamilton Hedgehog) ordered were beautiful and of great quality!!!

In my excitement to give the gifts to my niece and nephew, I forgot to take a photo. Once I do, I can update my review.

I have another nephew expected soon, so I plan to place another order.
