Of course I tried Amazon first (for speed) as that's what we all do and was not satiisfied with their pitiful selection. I used their chat box to quickly answer questions that I had and they even sent me an email afterwards with our chat which I have not received before from one of those features and thought it was great. Brodali knew I was in a rush for the item and was able to get me the design proof by the next day and once I approved it, it took no time at all to get notification that my order had been completed and shipped, that was great. From start to finish, I received my order within a week. When I got it and opened it I was even more pleased, the moose I bought was wonderful. Excellant quality! Ça fait des années que je suis Brodali et j’ai toujours voulu en faire faire un pour mon bébé. Sur réception, je suis encore plus en amour avec la qualité et la grandeur du toutou. J’adore aussi qu’on peut ouvrir la fermeture et vider la peluche pour le laver.

Vraiment magnifique. La broderie est parfaite, le petit mot sous les fesses également. L'orignal est encore plus doux que je l'aurais espérer.
